Essential Documents

Umrah visa essentials

Original Passport

Must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of travel and have at least two blank pages.

Photographs

Two recent passport-sized (4cm x 6cm) color photos with a white background.

Biometric Enrollment

Compulsory for 2026. Usually done via the BioSaudi or Nusuk app on your smartphone with a valid mobile number and email ID.

Confirmed Return Ticket

A round-trip flight booking.

Proof of Accommodation

Pre-booked hotel confirmation in Makkah and Madinah.

Eligibility

Who can apply

  • Muslims of all nationalities are welcome

  • Women under 45 must travel with a Mahram

  • Women over 45 may travel in an organised group without Mahram

  • Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians

  • Visa valid for 90 days from issuance, single entry, 30-day stay
